Sorry there is no real way around this with the price of everything going up and the value of the $ going down. You can work to only buy and spend what you need and thats good for many people, but what about those who already do this for a living, where does that leave them?

I worry Alot when Our Country sends Millions of Pounds to Poor Countries and we have Children Staving to Death In our own Country.

I know you are being sarcastic, but I've been saying that for a long time now. Until some countries start coming to our aide, the government should stop giving money away and focus on our own for a while. Of course spending billions and billions on a war in another country with our own soldiers dying for another countries people isn't helping the cause.
